My Approach
I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist practicing in person centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory and gestalt therapy. As an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, I believe there is not one therapeutic approach that can be used in all circumstances when helping clients. When considering an individual and their personal situation, I help by supporting clients through the use of different approaches whilst they explore their issues. I offer a non-judgmental approach whilst placing great emphasis on the therapeutic relationship to help clients gain the most out of their therapy experience.

There are many reasons that you may be choosing to find a therapist, these may be current or past issues that you now feel ready to talk about. Therapy offers you the opportunity to think about where you are in life and where you might like to be. Life can present many difficulties and you may be struggling to solve these on your own. By providing a non-judgemental and confidential space, I will work with you to navigate through the areas of your life that you would like to focus on, whether this is past or current challenges. You will have the opportunity to gain self-awareness, self-confidence, and resilience during our time together which will in turn lead to a more fulfilling life. During our sessions, we will discuss what is important to you, what you would like to change, and what you would like to accomplish, this will be achieved while I listen to you and value what you say. Let's work through your challenges together and discover how to take the steps that will lead to your goals.
