SPECIALIST PROGRAMMES

Structured support for individuals, families, employers, and commissioning partners.

Specialist Clinical Programmes

At The McGilligan Practice, our Specialist Clinical Programmes provide focused, outcome-led support beyond traditional counselling alone. These programmes are designed for people experiencing complex behavioural, emotional, neurodevelopmental, or relational challenges that require clarity, structure, and meaningful intervention.

Our approach combines psychotherapeutic expertise, behavioural health insight, and practical clinical formulation to help individuals move from overwhelm to understanding, and from understanding to sustainable change.

Whether support is needed for neurodevelopment, emotional regulation, family systems, crisis intervention, or workplace wellbeing, our programmes are designed to offer thoughtful, tailored pathways rather than one-size-fits-all therapy.
