Services

Specialist therapy and behavioural consultation for children, young people, adults and families

At The McGilligan Practice, we provide psychotherapy and behavioural consultation through structured, evidence-based approaches designed to support meaningful and lasting change. Our work combines emotional wellbeing support with practical strategies for everyday life. Some people work with one practitioner, while others benefit from a coordinated approach across both services. We will always guide you towards the pathway that best fits your needs.
