Clinical Practice Lead - Health & Behaviour
HCPC-Registered | Master of Public Health (MPH)
I am a HCPC-registered paramedic with a Master's in Public Health (MPH) and over a decade of senior NHS leadership experience, including Consultant-level and Head of Service roles. My work focuses on behavioural support, emotional wellbeing education and public-health-informed early intervention for people experiencing health-related distress, overwhelm and difficulty engaging with traditional services.

I work at the interface between physical health, behaviour and wellbeing, supporting individuals who may be struggling with stress, burnout, emotional overload, medically unexplained symptoms, or the impact of long-term conditions. My role is not to provide psychotherapy or specialist mental health treatment, but to offer structured support, stabilisation, practical coping strategies and behaviour-change approaches grounded in public health and clinical practice.
I have a particular interest in working with people who experience unmet needs within traditional pathways, including individuals who identify as neurodivergent, those affected by health-related anxiety, and people recovering following healthcare crises or periods of instability. I support individuals to regain a sense of safety, clarity and control, while helping them navigate onward support where therapeutic or medical input is required.

Alongside direct client work, I lead on clinical governance, risk management and service development within our practice. I work closely with GPs, therapists, occupational health teams and community services to support safe decision-making, continuity of care and appropriate onward referral. My approach integrates behavioural science, public-health principles, and whole-person care to support recovery, resilience and sustainable change.
